USE OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES

This Site is controlled, operated, and administered by Milton Seamless Gutters from its office within the State of Florida, United States of America. RULES FOR PROMOTIONS

MISCELLANEOUS

You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Crawfordville Home Inspection as a result of this agreement or use of the Site.

PRE-SERVICE AGREEMENT

Please read this Pre-Service Agreement, which becomes part of the final report. This document explains the Scope of the Inspection, Limits of the Inspection, General Exclusions, Terms and Conditions, Limitations of Liability, and an Arbitration Agreement. You may call us for an explanation of this agreement or any aspect of the report which you do not fully understand.

SERVICE AGREEMENT

Milton Seamless Gutters offers professional gutter installation, repair, and maintenance services (“Services”). By requesting and using our Services, you acknowledge that you are legally authorized to do so and have the necessary permissions, if applicable.

SERVICE BOOKING & PRICING

To book our Services, you may contact us by phone or email using the provided contact information. Pricing for our Services will be provided upon inquiry. The final price may depend on various factors, including the scope of work and any additional requirements specified by the customer. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time, but any changes will not affect confirmed bookings made before the modification.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment for our Services shall be made in accordance with the agreed terms. 4We accept cash, checks, or electronic payments. Payment details will be provided during the booking process. In the event of non-payment or insufficient funds, we reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover any outstanding amounts owed.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for appointments canceled without sufficient notice.

WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We strive to provide high-quality services; however, we do not warrant or guarantee the performance, reliability, or longevity of any products or services provided. We are not liable for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from the use or misuse of our Services. Any warranty provided by product manufacturers will be passed on to the customer, subject to their terms and conditions.
